EQUESTRIAN OBSTACLE TRAIL CHALLENGE
Obstacle Trail Challenge is an equestrian fundraising one-day event that is scheduled in January. The event is mapped out along the Equestrian Trails (the west side of the Park). The riders go out in staggered groups on the 16 mile trail. Obstacle Challenge Stations occur at regular intervals during the trail ride. (the rider can opt out of if rider wishes but will count as no points for that obstacle). The judge at the Obstacle rates the ease with which the horse rider pair navigate the Obstacle. The horse rider pair that collects the highest point total at the end of the day wins a Trophy for First Prize. Rider Divisions are broken down to Jr. and Sr. Age groups, broken down to Novice and Advanced divisions. Ribbons are awarded through 6th place Click Here for OTC info and pictures.
